KM Therapy & Wellness Solutions PTY (LTD) provides therapeutic services in Kuruman in the Northern Cape Province. The private practice was established in July 2022 by Keorapetse Botsime (Neurofeedback Therapist) and Mpho Mosala (Managing Director).
They both decided to start a private practice to dignify the profession, encourage fellow social workers that the social work fraternity is diverse, and lessen the burden on the government through future employment, thus encouraging innovation in the profession.
They support the following social responsibility programs:
January to March: Post Matric Program (Annual Program given on a pro-rata basis)
Mentor a boy child
Psychosocial group of sexual abuse victims

Keorapetse Susan Botsime
I am a Social Worker practicing since 2013. I specialize with working with children as a Braingain Therapist, focusing on the following areas: Emotional stability assessments, administering concentration tests as well as school readiness assessments.
My Qualifications are as follows: Bachelor of Social Work, Bachelor of health sciences and social services, an Honours degree in Psychology.
Taking into consideration the ability each client has, person centered approach and family systems theory are at the tip of my heart in assisting clients. The values of Social Work (Respect, Individualisation, Self-determination and Confidentiality) are my driving forces to helping clients.
Mpho Mosala
I am a dynamic and self-motivated professional with a diverse background in social work. My experience spans across various areas including family preservation, marital therapy, substance abuse, child therapy, and gender-based violence cases. I have also worked in corporate services, mining, and social welfare, honing my skills in employee wellness and fatigue management.
With a Master's degree in social work, a Bachelor's degree in social work, and a BTech degree in project management, I am well-equipped to handle the challenges of my dual management position. I am proud to be affiliated with the Golden Key International Honor Society and Iyra Well-being as a Case consultant.
My approach to social work is rooted in client self-determination and confidentiality. I am passionate about applying policies and legislation to provide the best possible services to those in need. With strong presentation skills and a deep understanding of social work principles, I strive to make a positive impact in the lives of those I work with.
Kgalalelo Diseko
Kgalalelo Diseko is an office administrator at KM Therapy & Wellness Solutions, I am people-oriented and very assertive. I have a strong background in office administration. I pride myself with my ability to communicate effectively with clients.
